I’m really into braiding right now.
I’ll be making loads and loads of these all summer long.

Pricing for the necklaces and bracelets will vary by total length.
I’m going to try and make them each in 3 different sizes.

If you’re in NYC (or nearby), these and MANY MORE *new* items will be on sale at my trunk show at Exhale Spa later this month. I really suggest that you come out to see for yourself because I won’t be vending this summer.  I plan on having e-soirees, home jewelry soirees, and trunk shows all summer long. i think this is what i am missing from my packaging.

and they are totally eco-friendly, which is what my packaging has now become as well so of course i’m pushing forward with the movement.

i have finally decided on what will replace my foto fridays!

i know, it only took me 6 weeks to figure it out.
don’t judge.

anyway, this will most likely appear more than once a week
and not definitely on every friday.

i spend hours and countless hours online
loads of things inspire me
sometimes just seeing someone makes me want to make something
and i am going to try to be proactive about posting my inspiration

the series will be called who she is
and she is who i see wearing my jewelry
who would inspire me to make something

sometimes i may have men in the series
at which point i’ll title the post who he is
naturally.

but this is something i can see taking off
and please, if you’re a customer of mine
obviously you are one of the who she / he is
i have made jewelry for men before so fear not
if you’d like to add a photo to my flickr group or email me
i’ll post you in my next post.

So, I’ve come up with an incentive for the e-soiree.

I will hold one starting next week, Oct 12 for 7 days.
I will post the code up next monday.

Here’s what you do:
tell your friends, tell your coworkers, tell passersby on the street!

You can send out a mass email and let them know the code and that it works for a 7 day period, 24 hours a day.

That’s all you have to do.

Since I am the host, the personal incentive is gone, but if you’re interested in hosting one for your friends / coworkers / anyone read this link about hosting a jewelry e-soiree!

They are super easy and they don’t require anyone to GO anywhere! Just shop from home. Shop in the middle of the day. Shop in the middle of the night. It’s up to you.

Apparently, I ended up sick this weekend.

Don’t have many photos to show of my Saturday but it was jam packed with lovely friends near and far.

Now above all, THAT is a wonderful feeling. So sweet.

It’s such a good feeling to know that people really appreciate you and wish you well. Especially when you haven’t met yet. The internet has a way of drawing people to one another now that I used to think was just plain creepy about 13 years ago. But I get it. And I totally TOTALLY thank her for her kindness.
